# Support

> What to send us when a request goes wrong, so we can find it in our logs.

## Reporting a problem

Include:

1. the **`request_id`** — from the `X-Request-ID` response header or `error.request_id`;
2. the `job_id`, if a job is involved;
3. the endpoint and method, and the time (UTC);
4. the error `code` and what you expected instead;
5. the request body **with the API key removed**.

Never send an API key to support. We never ask for it.

```python
r = s.post(url, json=body)
if r.status_code >= 400:
    print("request_id:", r.headers.get("X-Request-ID"), r.json().get("error"))
```

With the `request_id` we can find the exact request and its logs.

## Service status

`GET /v1/health` answers when the API is reachable.
